Terms of entry

By entering the Cycle ride I understand a) that if I am in doubt about my health or have a medical condition that could be affected by exercise, I should obtain my doctor’s approval before participating in a Sarn Helen Events cycle ride, which involves strenuous exercise; b) that an adult must accompany riders under the age of sixteen years; c) acknowledge that I participate in this event at my own risk and that Sarn Helen Events cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage caused or sustained as a result of my participation; d) undertake to be bound by the event rules as stipulated by Sarn Helen Events and to observe the Highway Code; e) all riders must sign an Entry Form whether riding as an individual, in a team or on a multi-seater bike; f) the organisers strongly recommend all cyclists wear a cycle helmet.
