Is the online payment system secure?

We are using Paypal universally recognised and accepted.

The Sarn Helen Sportif site is the holding frame for the online entry form and its security is therefore irrelevant when entering.

How can I check I have entered?

You will receive an e-mail to confirm payment has been received and your entry confirmed.

Do I have to choose the distance now?

No you can choose when you get to the refreshment stop.

Can I withdraw from the event?

Yes but we would appreciate early notice.

Postal Entries

Postal entries will not be accepted.

Registration / Signing on for the event

Transponders and riders numbers will be distributed on the day at registration. Bring your acceptance e-mail with you and aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before your allotted time.

What do I do with my timing chip/transponder after the event?

Transponders must be handed in at the end of the ride

Event start procedure

Riders will be dispatched at regular intervals – you will be asked for your preferred starting time between 8-9.30am.
