Soft Bag – sizes 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (PLEASE, ONLY 1 BAG IS ALLOWED PER RIDER FOR ALL EQUIP AND CLOTHES).
HELMET – (must be worn at all times when riding).
Waterproof Jacket – Highly recommend, Endura Jacket, Waterproof and breathable.
Cycle Shorts – Recommend 2 pairs of 8 panel short, (very comfy).
Cycle Tops – 2 short sleeve tops with rear pockets (PLEASE DO NOT WEAR COTTON TOPS – MUST be breathable).
Cycle Top – 1 long sleeve cycle top or base layer (PLEASE DO NOT WEAR COTTON TOPS – MUST be breathable).
Glasses – Recommend a sunglass lens and interchangeable clear lens (VERY IMPORTANT IF ITS RAINING).
Socks – 1 pair of waterproof socks are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, plus 3 pairs of ankle socks.
Water bottle and cage – RECOMMEND 2 OF EACH.
Cycle shoes and cleats – Very useful on long cycle journeys.
Toiletries – Please include lip salve, vaseline, sun cream.
